Rending Crane - Where Should I Look?

So, the spreadsheet that's been making the rounds claims that it's dropped by Grineer Flameblades. The Wiki currently claim's it's dropped by Grineer Napalms. About all of the data I can find on Flameblades is outdated (E Prime has its own Frontier enemies, Calypso is a Corpus mission now). Does anyone have any clue where to look?

Jupiter has Flameblades, if you want to take a shot at them. I'd trust the wiki over the spreadsheet, really, but then again, Jupiter has both Napalms and Flameblades, so really, you can farm both at the same time.

Hmm, only one of the Exterminate missions seems to have them, and I didn't find any Napalms. Andy other places the latter spawn?
