Powerfull Lag Spikes

Alright, the game registers that it runs on 30 fps, which is fine by my standards. But as far as i can see, its like 1 fps. this happens randomly, and it usually occurs when i Alt-Tab out of the game, or quit and re-enter the game.

 

Restarting the computer makes the game run normally, untill i Alt-Tab or Re-enter, but to be quite frank, i am TIRED of constantly restarting the pc when warframe starts running like crap.

 

I do not exactly know my PC specs, i am using a pre-built one, but i know for sure, this is not my computers fault, and i have been having this issue, ever since U13.0.3.

 

DE, can you please fix this bug, it is really annoying me.
