I don't know if this thread is appropriate for posting this bug, but for me it seemed the most appropriate, so... :/ My problem is simple: "Steel Fiber" mod doesn't work. While "Vitality" mod (+100% health) is working properly (I have 200HP just as expected), "Steel Fiber" (+20% armor) is not (I still have 100 armor). Any ideas how to fix it? :( That number 100 isnt yours armor, its yours shield. Armor is something else. Armor does that, when you lose yours shield, its reduces dmg you get to yours hp pool.
