Unable To Save Settings

I was in my dojo and I slid to the control panel to change some things. I rapidly tapped X as I did so to activate it. For some reason, the menu showed up for one second, but was quickly replaced with a grey screen. Pressing escape did nothing, nor did any other keys. So, I decided to end process. This is the Steam version of Warframe.

 

When I restarted the game, the login screen showed the default Excalibur. I logged in and checked my settings. They were all at default. I changed some, then hit confirm and my game froze for several seconds. It unfroze after a while. I exited out of the game and reentered. The default Excalibur was still there, and my settings were still at default. I restarted the computer, and my settings still did not save, and the Warframe in the login screen was still Excalibur. I have tried using the non-Steam version of Warframe, but the results were the same. I am now currently redownloading the Steam version of Warframe. However, I am unsure if this would help. Is there any solution to this problem?

 

Nevermind, deleting some stuff in appdata\local\warframe helped
