Stalker Issue Need Help

I need help with the stalker. He's come after me 3 times in a row now, I've tried to fight to fight him but he always turns invisible and kills me off! Any idea's on how to kill him?

From my personal experience, he can be rather hard even for seasoned players. Here's a few general tips:

 

1.Never stop moving, Stalker has aimbot, but does not lead his shots well.

2.Don't get too far away, he will just slashdash or pull you

3.Never trick him by using high ground, he will just pull you and fire at you on the ground.

4.Don't bother with warframe abilities, just keep moving and use cover when possible, Stalker is a bit weird when you have cover between you and him.

I don't think I've ever 1on1'd him. Since I'm not pro enough to solo most missions (I tend to get swarmed and watch my health plummet), most 3 stalker encounters have led to two successes. The other one he just kind of disappeared. Does he have an encounter timer or something?

Also, if he keeps coming, use a frame with high shields.
