Kazeokuman Posted April 3, 2013 Author Share Posted April 3, 2013 You all make great points; I was not really maximizing damage but rather showing a strategy for resource management - spreading resources amongst lower level mods rather than leveling up a single mod very high. Those were some mods I had laying around ^.^ that would fit the current level of the HEK to make the case. But u dont have enough mod caps to feed the dmg mods, yr crits wont deal as much either.
