A Strange Glitch That Occurs With Valk And Hysteria

I have posted this elsewhere in the forums, but I wanted to put it in the correct forums now that I found the bug report forums.

 

"So me and a friend were doing a run in mobile defense and I got downed when activating Hysteria. At first I could not use my Lecta but still use hysteria, but after using it again whenever I pressed e with any weapon this happened. I was able to inflict damage on enemies and took them out really well. However after a while I was unable to even pick up items it stopped damaging enemies. No idea what really happened here."
