Rank 3 To Rank 4 Test.

So this is my first post and I'm not 100% sure how/where to put this, sorry in advance if this is the wrong spot. 

 

I've been trying to past my rank 4 test for about 3 days now and I've been coming across a very strange bug. Only 3 infested will spawn in the 1:30 test and the timer will disappear when the time runs out. However, I will not kneel down or get a message from Lotus. The test level will also not close out regardless of how long I sit there. I currently have opened Netflix and started watching a video, after I finished (almost 2.5 hours) I was still in the testing room with no notification of pass/fail. Please get back to me, thanks!
