Frequency Triangulator For The Vay Hek Assassination Mission

  The frequency triangulator acquisition is borked, I failed to receive a blueprint for said item, and have no way to play the Vay Hek assassination mission. Furthermore, I hear few others have a similar issue. A solution would be to either send the message when you first collect all four beacons or to add it to the store for zero credits, so those of us players, whom didn't receive one can easily acquire it.
