Game Crash After Mastery Test

As the title suggests, I'd just completed my mastery test to get to rank 11. Lotus had just complemented me for completing the mission and the mission complete screen appeared, followed by the countdown. After the countdown, my screen faded to black. Nothing unusual about that. Except that it remained that way for the next 10 minutes. Then, the game crashed. After reopening the game, to my eternal horror it says I've failed my mastery test. Please do something about this. Heck, at least promote me to the next rank. I've just wasted my time and stressed my nerves on that nefarious test. I pray to the RNG gods that the DEs actually read this and do something about it.
