Game Hang Upon Zooming In On Solar Map

Upon waking up this morning, I chatted a bit with the alliance, looked around at the various solar rails on Eris and Ceres, bought an affinity booster, and then was going to do dark sector defense on Ceres, but I froze upon attempting to enter the mission lobby. Entire game hard froze and I was forced to use the task manager to close the game.

Warframe randomly crashing in an unreproducible way isn't exactly new, so I reloaded the game and attempted to zoom in on Ceres. Doing so hard freezes the game again. Sound continues to play fine, but chat, camera rotation and all other visual elements are frozen. Every time I login and click on any planet system, this problem seems to persist. I'd just wait it out to see if it fixes itself if it weren't for the aforementioned affinity booster or the older credit one I have running.

The only thing I can think of that has changed is that Windows 7 updated me last night.

After some fiddling, some praying, and toggling stuff on and off a few times, I seem to have somehow fixed this. Hopefully this is still useful as a bug report!
