Game Locks Up For A Short Time After Certain Things

The game completely locks up, even sounds stop, for about 10 - 15 seconds, and disconnects me from host and clients. It happens when i log out just before exiting the game, when i click to claim something from the foundry, when i change settings (controls, graphics, general game settings) and click apply, and when i exit the arsenal after making a change. As a result of this, I cannot change settings while in game or change anything in my arsenal after i have invited to or joined a lobby or else I will get disconnected. Plus, it is really annoying every time it happens. I have tried reinstalling. Anyone else getting similar issues?

I'm getting the same thing, other than the disconnects. It just hangs after any button is pushed and none of my settings or load outs will save after logging out and back in.

I get this about half the time I go into one of the new menus on the ship.  Particularly arsenal.  I make a change, hit the arsenal's exit button and it freezes and then logs me out of the game.
