The only place I see it used effectively is on defense maps where the enemy is vastly underpowered compared to gear (a strategy that doesn't work with gear appropriate for enemy level) and when shooting into Vauban Vortexes (a strategy that is ..zzzZZzzz.. and needs to go the way of the dinosaur one way or another, IMO.). If I were in the room when they discussed it, I would just say to convert it to an explosive shell. Toxic to target, viral AoE. Something like that. -Scissor- Posted May 3, 2014 Share Posted May 3, 2014 I miss torid when it was first released, shooting it on people and watch them run around killing other things, or placing them on the ground for infested to walk in.
