Seismus - Shockwave Deployer [Fan Concept]

A little idea that I'm toying around with.

The Seismus is a shockwave deployer weapon that fires "shockwave plates" which stick to enemies. Upon hitting a surface or enemy, a massive shockwave-inducing "quake" will result.

This is so similar to the Penta that it hurts, and it would be absolutely outclassed by it. However... fan concept :D

MECHANICS

The Seismus shockwave deployer fires devices that stick to surfaces and enemies. Upon hitting an enemy or surface, a "timer" will occur, and the device will release a powerful shockwave after the time is up that deals hefty damage up close as well as knockdown. Those not within the explosive epicenter will be knocked down once the shockwave reaches them.

The blockback toward enemies that have the Seismus device attached to them will be similar to the Bo staff's old charge attack with a mix of the Paris/Gremlins' enemy ragdoll; a caustic knockback, making these unlucky fellows essentially flying projectiles, will happen, while everyone else is simply knocked down.

Utility for this weapon is best found when dealing with both powerful heavy enemies and clusters, where the knockdown will be king for some impromptu crowd control. Maybe your ally is being puppy-guarded by some enemies + a big (preferably red and Supra-brandishing *shakes fist*) elite and you need a quick way to get to them.
