tinyrodent Posted April 4, 2013 Share Posted April 4, 2013 I have this mod maxed to +30. Quite often it will show yellow dots on the radar which are not even in playable areas of the map. Other times it shows a dot in a playable area, where there is no container or body to search. Also DE_Steve mentioned at one time that the "mod drop glow" which appeared briefly in a past update was supposed to be an effect of this mod, but I do not see it. Shion963 Posted April 4, 2013 Share Posted April 4, 2013 I had a +39 loot radar back in U6 and it pointed me to barrels fine, so a +30 Thief's Wit should work the same way. tinyrodent Posted April 4, 2013 Author Share Posted April 4, 2013 Well after playing with it a bit more, it seems like there is a yellow dot for component drops now such as alloy plate. However it doesn't go away after I pick up the item. All my teammates have to pick it up before it will go away. Aside from that there are still times when it shows a dot where there never was anything to loot. For example on Kiliken mission it always seems to show a spot inside a cliff wall.
