Communications Text Problems?

Inside a mission, as far as I can gather, when you're receiving a radio communication, there's a portrait supposed to pop up with the text of the communication in a window next to it. However, the text almost never shows, and much of the time neither does the portrait itself. In addition, there is no text in the Tutorial. This is somewhat annoying to hearing-impaired players. Would it be possible to fix it so the text always shows whenever you're getting a radio communication? Maybe you can put it as a Hearing-Impaired option in Audio settings? Most games these days give you the option to turn on subtitles and/or caption all audio, and I'd like Warframe to do so as well.
