Wall Glitch

So I've been having some issues lately with the game. Don't get it too often and not sure if anyone have encountered the same problem. But sometimes if I join a mission after the starting countdown, my character will glitch through the wall. Like spawn on the roof, and if I try to get down, I start to fall in the never ending abyss of death. Which means I keep falling and die. If I revive, same things happens to me... A bit annoying -.-
