Failed To Load Lighting During Psamathe, Neptune? (Many Pics)

Upon entering the mission (Matched online lobby), I was greeted by an explosion and terrible FPS (less than 1 frame per second). Thinking nothing of it, I waited until the lag dissipated, and continued playing. After around 25 seconds, the FPS went back up to appropriate, playable values... However, it would seem the lights did not load. Thanks to steam, I took a few screens of the mission. (I hope this isn't too many photos, I could take a few out if needed.)
