The only stances i bothered with are the one's with subtle effects like gleaming talon, cleaving whirlwind, Crimson, and decisive judgement. Few more like bleeding willow, but yeah. Gimmicky combos don't seem to have created long-lasting effects in tems of meleeing; I find them ineffective or clunky for the most part and uncontributive to gameplay. With movement the way it still is, shooting from a distance is still the prefered method of choice for much of the community. Rather instead of combos... heck. When focus hits, I'd support some comboing system that chains into skills, ala Vindictus. Perhaps this may come with the Focus update.
