Getting Strict Nat Detected Error Message When Logging In. (Solved)

i have tried the help button and tried the tips but nothing is making the error message go away, if i change the port numbers it shows another port error message that it cant get the second port number, please help it started after the latest hotfix 13.5.3

Dude , that port u use for warframe should be made free in your Router . Changing port in game doesnt make anything . or just activate upnp (in game options and Router)

did turn on upnp in game and for router but still getting error message

ok i think i solved the issue, i restarted my router and the strict nat message went away it seems.
