Warframes Conclave Rating Makes No Sense, Needs Balancing

The conclave value of each warframe (ex abilite, mods etc) makes no sense, absolutely no sense.

 

They should be valued based purely on the warframes' stats ex abilities (since abilities have their own conclave rating).

The most important stat is speed, then shield strength, then health and armor. Health is only better than shield if it's in addition to a strong armor. Stamina, then any passive ability and energy last (since energy is extremely scarce in PVP)

 

Here's a list of all warframes (ex Excal prime, since I am not in possesion of that 'frame) at rank 30. These are all based on frames without any arcane helmets (which should be nullified in PVP imo)

 

Ash, 450 health, 65 armor, 300 shield, 1.15 speed, 150 energy 80 stamina, 90 conclave rating.

Banshee, 300 health, 15 armor, 300 shield, 1.1 speed, 225 energy, 80 stamina, 60 conclave rating.

Ember, 300 health, 15 armor, 300 shield, 1 speed, 225 energy, 80 stamina, 120 conclave rating.

Ember prime same

Excalibur, 300 health, 65 armor, 300 shield, 1 speed, 150 energy, 100 stamina, 70 conclave rating

Frost, 300 health, 190 armor, 450 shield, 0.9 speed, 150 energy, 80 stamina, 100 conclave rating

Hydroid, 300 health, 65 armor, 345 shield 1.05 speed, 150 stamina, 150 energy, 80 conclave

Now, the conclave values are all over the place, some make sense (rhino very high), some not (loki very low).

 

I'd rank the frames from

Super Tier: Rhino Prime, Valkyr, Loki, Zephyr. Should have 150 conclave

High Tier: Rhino, Saryn, Frost (+ prime), Volt, should have 125 conclave

Advanced tier: Ash, Mag (+ prime), Oberon, Nova, should have 90 conclave

Mediocre tier: Ember (+prime), Excal, Banshee, Hydroid, Nekros, Nyx, Trinity, Trinity: 60 conclave

Bad tier: vauban, 40 conclave

Vauban as bad tier? The blasphemy, sir, is palpable. He should be at least Advanced, if not High Tier. Though his abilities may not strictly work as they do in PVE while in PVP, he is still a very good Warframe.

Aside from his abilities, he has below par stats. He should be cheaper to bring into a conclave arena.

 

I'm not saying Booben is bad, Booben is good, very good in fact, but that's because of Bastille, Tesla, Vortex, not because of his shield or armor.
