Cambria, Earth: Revive Bug

So just got to 25mins solo on Cambria survival when I unexpectedly died (prolly my own fault), so instead of wasting a revive I decided to forfit the mission, only to end up getting revived instead, promptly died again while getting up off the groud this time, again I clicked forfit and guess what?, it revived me once more only to die instantly again during the revive animation, repeat this until all my revives were used up because the game would not let me leave the mission.

 

DE please look into this, the first bug in any game that actually made me rage quit, worst part is I got 3 t3 void keys a bunch of credits and Tranquil Cleave (from a mob), been farming that for what seems like an eternity.

 

edit: unsure if this is the right place for this bug, but it only happened to me on Cambria, so I figure it is a mission bug rather than a gameplay bug.
