Trapped In An Alliance

While looking for an alliance when being in an alliance, I was offered to join a new alliance. Instead of going to manually leave the alliance I was in, I just assumed that the game would leave for me and join the new one. That makes sense, right? 

 

Wrong. Somewhere in between leaving one alliance and joining another, I was put in a nonexistent alliance. Thanks for not fixing that in the update, DE.

 

The alliance I'm glitched into has neither a name nor any members; it doesn't even show my clan being there. When looking at the alliance from the Clan Management tab, it shows the alliance emblem in it's normal spot, then to the right of it, it says "0 clans."

 

When trying to invite another clan to the alliance, it says that I am not the warlord of a clan. But I am.

When trying to distribute resources to it, it tells me I don't have permissions in the clan to do so. I'm the warlord, I have permission.

When trying to leave the alliance, it asks "Are you sure you want to leave ''?"

          Selecting yes allows the game to stop, think for a moment, then say "Could not remove from Alliance."

 

So I'm stuck in an empty, nonexistent alliance with no way to leave it. If there's a way to fix it, I don't know it. But If I have to leave the clan, Digital Extremes BETTER reprimand me the time, money, and effort I put into the dojo.

did you send a help request to DE about this? If yes, then you just have to wait for them this fix it. If no, stop your crying and do it so they know you have a problem
