Nyx And Range Mods Not Working Again (Blast Radius Issue)

The bubble looks like Stretch and OE are in full effect but when I toggle the power the blast radius is small.   I can't really proof this with screenshots, I just know my Nyx.   I have created previous Nyx bug threads around this issue (check my thread history.)   

 

Now the funny thing is.   If I solo my own game, the blast radius is back to normal.  I found this out because 3 of my "team" members left after wave 5 T4DEF.  So I stayed because it was my key.  And my blast radius went back to normal also her bubble size went back to normal.....(When I say normal I man Stretch + OE are active and working with Absorb)

 

Now why is that funny?  Because I was hosting the whole entire time!  O_O
