Eximus units have a chance at dropping Blueprints for Oberon parts (Chassis, Helm, Systems)

If I recall correctly, Stalker also drops blueprints for his 3 items (Hate, Dread, Despair) as well as the Harvester and G3 (Detron BP and Brakk BP respectively)

You can tell when one has dropped because it looks like a health/energy orb except pink with a large glow to it (Similar to the golden glow on rare mods, except it's pink)

1) Yes, enemies can drop and will drop resources, Bosses mostly drop blueprints (be it warframe part, or a specific weapon part (better do a research at wikia)

2) You will see a pink/purple orb on the ground. If it's a rare mod, it will be glowing yellow fusion core.

3)Resources are yellow boxes usually. It's hard to mistake them for ammo box.

Most bosses drop Warframe component Blueprints, Capt Vor, and Kril+ Vor drop weapon blueprints. Ancients drop Oberon Parts. Oberon parts show as pink orbs. The rest are provided at the end of the mission as a reward. Resources for building components drop randomly from mobs that you kill, what resources drop depend on RNG and what planet you are on, they appear as orange or blue circular containers. These resources are then used to build things in Foundy.

TIP: go to the warframe main screen click the Codex (lotus flower symbol) then click Tutorials.
