Alator Invasion Tile Bug

So I've been trying to finish the Alator invasion going on atm and I completed two runs without incident. However I've tried to do the 3rd run twice now and the Corpus portal that takes you to the Grineer ship has stopped working for me. The friend I was playing with got teleported fine(I was host if it matters) but I simply got pulled through the portal and flung into space, at which point I started falling straight down off the map until I "died" and had to use a revive. I've made three attempts to use the portal since this started and it no longer seems to work.
