Cannot Connect To Any Port

Hi, I'm having the issue on my ps4 of not being able to connect to any port, this makes it impossible to invite or be invited to any persons game.

I have tried port forwarding on my router and putting my ps4's ip address in a DMZ in my router, both of which made no difference.

This started a month or two ago and i had no issue with the ports for month's previously and nothing about my router has changed.

I really can't think of anything else to try and have researched the topic thoroughly. If anyone has any further suggestions it would be much appreciated.

I have practically stopped playing the game as the void which was my favourite aspect, isn't so fun on your own
