Question: Clan Solar Rails & Solar Rails( Alliance) || Spec

We just started a new Clan. Solar Rails is done . Here my question. What is difference between Solar Rails & Solar Rails(Alliance) ? I built one solar rail for clan I can still see one Solar Rail(Alliance) option in my Orokin Lab.

 

Another question is about Specter. If our member donate Specter to Solar Rail will it be consumed every Single time it get killed in conflicts ? Do all member keep on donating Specter  each time they are destroyed in Solar Rail conflicts ?

if spectors got consumed every time they got killed they'd probably only last one run. Each different rank of Spector Regiment built lasts for a minimum of one entire conflict (until one clan wins and gains/maintains control of the sector.) I think I read that higher ranked regiments last for more conflicts.
