I'm Burning Up Here

With the basic user interface being replaced by a fully graphiced ship interior, I can't stay online long enough to get a group together or anything.  I'm playing on a laptop.  When my laptop is loading a full interior at 60 fps nonstop, it is hot before I even get into a game.  For some reason the ship is making my computer hotter than 30 minute tower survival with 4 people.

 

The old interface was simple and had a low graphics load, giving my card time to cool down, instead of running at max the moment I started the game.

 

The fly ships graphic has also more than doubled my game load in time, bringing some up to 1-2 minutes.
