Mastery Rank 1 Test

So Every time I take my Mastery Rank 1 test I fail even though I kill all the baddies and renter the circle brfore the time is up. I have also tried staying in the circle and killing everything. I put a ticket in but haven't heard anything from them as of yet. So what I would like to know from the community is if anyone else has had this problem? And if so did you find a work around or have any of you put in a ticket and found out why this happens?
