[Load Screen] Incorrect Amount Of Lisets

When loading a mission for the first time, the Liset count on the screen is incorrect when compared to the amount of players loading.

 

EXAMPLES:

 

3 Lisets, but only 2 players:

2vMiRcr.jpg

 

4 Lisets, but only 3 players:

XddeIK0.jpg

 

 

 

Theory:  I'm guessing someone defined the "Liset_Ship_Count" starting from 1, rather than 0.  That or there's a +1 in the code where it shouldn't be.
