Non-Host Map Selection And Host Change On Vote

right now there is no indication of wich player is the host wich leads to another problem that's the lack of a "change host" choice, it would help for both high latency or low performance hosts issues that I experience sometimes

also it would be nice if non-host players could have a way to choose zones in other planets, it forces people to leave party instead of sticking together for a longer period of time, also leads non-host players into a wild guess on what the actual host has selected if the chosen zone is not in the initially chosen planet

PS: I love all about the menus, easy to understand, visible and visually pleasant (i love the minimap shrinking when you aim down the sight :D)
