A friend of mine came online in Skype, which caused the pop-up in the bottom right corner. Unfortunately, since Warframe doesn't consume mouse clicks, I ended up clicking on it and was yanked out from the game. As soon as that occurred, The Evolution Engine became unresponsive, and I couldn't resume my game. I've alt-tabbed in and out several times in the same session previous, but when the session was unceremoniously interrupted by Skype, the game locked up.
