Camera Glitches ( User Camera, Not Security Cameras )

Everynow an then when I launch the game and start a mission after loggin in, the camera starts getting a mind of it's own and starts slowly moving to the left, and I can't fix it with my mouse and it also inverts and disorients my controls, left is down, right is up, down is left and up is right. Disconnecting and reconnecting my mouse doesn't do anything either, exiting a mission then doing a new one doesn't fix it either so I have to exit the game, go to my desktop and relaunch the game to fix the problem.
