Tooltips For The Options Menu

Warframe's options menu has grown over the past updates with a lot of useful graphics options and control options. However, I think there is one small key feature that should be added and that is tooltips for the options menu. There are some options that really need some sort of explanation to people who do not know what it does. Some people might not know what Anisotropic Filtering is or High Dynamic Range. I know some of them are self explanatory/common PC knowledge but it would nice to have a brief explanation for them and maybe what kind of performance impact a graphics option would have.
