Clan Room Bug

Okay so before the 14 update we could have more than 2 people in our clan, now we cannot and every time one of us try to enter while another two are in it says unavailable. Not sure what type of problem this is but i think our clan room may be glitched we put a lot of stuff into it already so it would suck to disband it. Do anyone know anyway to fix it, what it might actually be, or why this could be happening. Also our clan dueling room sit platforms make us sit backwards for some reason i don't know if that;s with everyone. If a Dev sees this topic can you please try to fix this in the next patch if its a real problem.
