H Councilor Vay Hek, you must have built Vay Hek Frequency Triangulator in order to get in the party. The point of that party is that you group with 3 other people with keys, so the chance to get all Hydroid parts blueprints is way bigger than going solo or with leechers. Type a comment in the topic or PM me in-game to add your name to the list. I will check the thread every 30 minutes, until I find the people needed to do the run.
