The job of the Tenno, currently, is to get to the mission area undetected, take care of the mission, and then get out undetected, or at least make it difficult to be tailed after escape. As it is, we can clearly take down large ships by destroying the power core (aka Sabotage missions), so why would we need an assault ship? Well things don't always go as planned right? Like we are going toward a mission, but then a pack of those grineer fighters spots us and attacks, not the Galleons, we could fight or retreat to a Tenno assault ship and then we could have an epic space battle like starwars or that Galactica thing. If that does go into the game, then maybe alot more people will join too. It would also expand that thought about the Tenno Captains in the rescue missions. I think Banshee,Loki, and Ash are really the only main stealth Tenno. But I see your point. Maybe we can create a different ship made for assualt? Like for an event?
