[Suggestion] Limit Chat Buffer Size

After some time in game, with region chat active, the chat buffer gets so large that 1) it's really difficult to scroll it meaningfully, and 2) it begins to lag the UI every time you click anywhere on the chat window, with lag time increasing as the buffer gets larger. To continue using chat comfortably you must log out/log in to flush the buffer. I think this could probably be solved with a sane limit on how large the buffer can get.
