Huge Loss Of Fps Since Hotfixe 14.21

Since the last Hotfix my game is experiencing some weird graphic issue: InGame Performances have drop from ~20fps/80ms in mission (before the last hotfix ) to ~2.97fps/ ~367ms in the Liset (I won't do a mission with that performance ) with exactly the same options enables, (I was on a Laptop with a "6490 hd radeon" Gpu)

now i'm playing in low low quality to make the game barely playable . I'm around 15 fps most of the time but it's still better than nothing.

I've been getting huge frame drops in missions solo and public makes playing impossible.

And my computer still runs games like csgo fine so its not my computer
