7 Mb Update To U14.5 Causing Fps Decrease?

I had a major decrease in FPS after the last 7 MB update to U14.5. I had been downloading the original U14.5 update and had left it for a while. I came back to it having downloaded and tried to run it. I immediately was getting ~55-60 fps at the beginning. However, in the intervening time between the end of the download and my starting the game (some time before 7:30 pm EDT), there was a 7 MB update and I was prompted to download the update to the launcher. There was a huge decrease in FPS to 28-30 fps immediately after.

Before U14.5 itself, I was getting ~45-50 fps consistently so this is a performance drop for me in general. Anyone having this issue?

I wonder what that update was. A hotfix? For what? Do you know, by any chance?
