While the others still might find some use somewhere in time, Tail Wind surely isn`t something that has to be numbered in hundreds. Maybe more Redirections and Vitalites. Or some other not rare, but useful mods. Like really... Tail Wind? Anyone who has Zephyr has it max rank already in the first few levels, and maybe keeps one for an alt build or something. But no one needs 12324143241 Tail Winds. They don`t even give much of a fusion value. P.S. Didn`t know where exactly this should go, but since Tail Wind is an ability, posted it here.
