IcarusNine Posted April 16, 2013 Share Posted April 16, 2013 (edited) It's +40% of your base HP (not your passively boosted HP at rank 30). If your base is 100, it's 40 HP. For the other mod increase critical chance, I hope you can add the base critical chance of each weapon. So players will know worthy to upgrade it or not.
