Fix The Vectis...nay Fix All Snipers

Vectis is at the moment the only primary I´m willing to take to long T4 survival runs. I used to take paris p/dread but vectis is like a preloaded bow - easier to use and more forgiving. It feels stronger than bows (at least to me), even if it doesn´t crit on every shot (I´m using charged chamber, I can only imagine how strong it is with primed chamber). I don´t think it needs more buffs, but I definitely wouldn´t mind if it was stronger :P

As a side note - I usually switch to vectis after the 20-30 minute mark in T4surv to deal with mobs from a safer distance. Before that I use brakk for crowd control.

I will give bows another shot though, maybe I need to refresh my memory.
