We have our dojo (notable constructed nodes are two reactors, oracle, shadow barracks, orokin lab, dueling room). Our dojo is progressing well and our members assist other members whenever needed. Requirements for joining us are two things - Help other members if they really need it, and donate to the dojo to strengthen our clan further.
