Need A Little Help With Internet Problems ^^

So, I've played Warframe for a few months now. It's great, I'm liking it. :D But I recently moved for uni last sunday, and using the wifi in my halls for some reason doesn't let the chat work - it's in a constant state of loading. This is a bit sad for me, because I love to farm keys and find groups and stuff, and I mostly sell prime sets. Anyhow, I was wondering if there was any known way to change the chat settings or something, so I could use it?

 

My phone has a wi fi hotspot available and I've been using that however it has the strictnat problem and means I can't connect to most invited games or play with friends, and I've been having real problems finding squads with it.

There's sadly no chance to get it to work. Because you would need to tell the router to forward the right ports to you or enable upnp on that thing. If you cant make that sure, you're having a bad time. I guess you could use the time more efficiently then and maybe do sth for uni instead.
