Mods "missing" From Mod Screen

When trying to fuse mods via the arsenal > mods > installed or straight from the mod screen on the liset, many of my mods are "missing." This renders them unfuseable and incidentally, useless to me. I would like to fuse my new Crimson Dervish mod, but seeing as it's nowhere to be found except on my Dakra Prime in the arsenal screen, I guess I can't. Please fix this. This has been an issue for the last couple of minor patches.

 

Edit: I realized now that I had filters set, hiding some of my other mods. The filters should probably be more noticeable in the UI instead of hidden in a button somewhere out of view. Perhaps list on the screen itself that you have filters set to show only certain mods.
