Datasaur
I notice slide swing attack deals more damage than regular attack. Does it count as charge attack? Ignore armor? Whisper me some sweet damage calculations :)

OoSamXoO
As far as I know it is pretty much a "weaker" charge damage. I do believe it is considered as a charge damage when you using a mod
Denvert
According to my Information, coming from the wiki, slide attack do count as melee attacks for mods and thus are boosted by pressure point, just like jump attacks. Whereas charge attacks are only affected by charge damage and not melee damage.

I did some testing and when adding a fire mod the attacks showed an extra damage indication from the fire. Also attacking higher level enemies with higher armor made the attack less efficient so it definately seems to be a melee attack, but with some multiplier.
