Psyren
Add more stuff that requires teamwork like. Enemies that immobilize a player and require another team member to kill them. The player who immobilize can still kill but make it so immobilize player cross-hair moves slowly or his vision is rocked back and fore. Enemies that attach themselves to player and slowly drain their health, requires another team member to shoot them off. Player can roll to detach them but gets a move speed penalty for a bit. Penalty doesn't apply if enemy was shot off. Enemies that attach themselves to player and blinds them, requires another team member to shoot them off. Player can roll to detach but will continue to remain blind for a short period of time. Penalty doesn't apply if enemy was shot off. Stuff like that..... Thoughts & Opinions? These are just a general idea.
UncleFrank
Enemies that immobilize a player and require another team member to kill them. Enemies like that already exist, they're like electrified rollers that stun players. A member of the team has to shoot it in order to unstun your friend

Firetempest
I rather have special additions to random tiles that make use of a specific frames power. Like excaliburs jump so that suit can hit a button to bring down a lift for the other players for an additional path. Or reinforced glass that a banshees sonic boom can only crack. Or a molten stream in a refinery can be stoped with Frosts Freeze. Loose rock that Rhino can charge though. Ember to burn away infection to unlock a chest room. Stuff like that all over so a group can say "oh hey, we have a rhino in this group, cool, break that wall"

Cytancy
Definitely more team play should be encouraged, but depending on how it's implemented could also mean more possibilities for ally griefing. Many players, when given the opportunity and power, will intentionally ignore or harm allies (already visible in basic mechanics such as shared elevators and camera/laser walls). Your ideas are good since they don't allow much room for teammates directly harming each other as well as promotes group cohesion (people sticking together). Mentosftw
Guys. Guys. GET THIS. THREE PERSON DOOR SWITCHES. Not enough teamwork? How about FOUR PERSON SWITCHES.
