Player Volunteers?

Hello, I am a big fan of Warframe and recently I've been seeing the Region/Global chat getting out of hand. Fights, spam, etc. But I have an idea. On a few games I've played on, the GMs/devs would open a recruiting and players could go to forums and apply to be sort of a mod. They usually don't get paid in anyway but have a tag in game signifying there position. They are just basically a way to keep the game under control while you guys are not in-game or busy. Also, they can have a faster connection with you guys or can simply report things other players have found in case they don't feel like doing it themselves, as I've seen this is the case most of the time. But, it really helps out and can help the game so much more. Of course this is just speculations by me so do it or not, change it to how you want it to be :) I just really want this game to be the best game out there! And I think this will help.
